Jitago Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and jitago ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern all access to and use of the jitago website, mobile application, and all associated services available at jitago.asia.

By registering an account on jitago, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. Your continued use of jitago following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms should be read alongside jitago's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform. If there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise stated.

2 Eligibility

To register and use jitago, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Jitago does not permit anyone under 18 to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online betting activities in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to verify this before registering.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a jitago employee or contractor.

Jitago reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned minus any amounts already wagered.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on jitago. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

• Your account credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. Do not share them with anyone.
• Jitago will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and contact support immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact jitago support at [email protected] immediately.

Jitago may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Jitago supports a range of local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other options available to players in Bangladesh. The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. Specific limits for each payment method are displayed at the time of transaction.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. Jitago does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party source, it will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Deposits are credited to your jitago account balance once confirmed by the payment processor. Processing times vary by method but are typically instant for bKash and Nagad.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Jitago aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on the payment processor's timeline.
• Jitago does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on jitago are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in which they are placed. These rules are displayed within each game and betting section of the platform. In the event of any ambiguity, the rules displayed within the game take precedence.

• Bets can only be placed using funds available in your jitago account balance. Credit betting is not available.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless the specific game rules explicitly permit it.
• Jitago reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, pricing error, or system malfunction.
• In the event of a disputed outcome, jitago's decision is final after review by the platform's compliance team.

• Winnings are credited to your account balance immediately upon settlement of the relevant game or market.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be bet before withdrawal is permitted. These requirements are stated clearly on each offer.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Using bonuses in a systematic way to exploit the platform — commonly known as bonus abuse — is prohibited.
• Jitago reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a player's bonus if abuse is suspected.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times is considered a breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus funds not used within the stated period will be removed from your account automatically.

7 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jitago. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one account on jitago.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using jitago for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the jitago platform or its underlying technology.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jitago staff or other players through any communication channel.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Jitago reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player without valid cause.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a relevant authority.

If your account is suspended due to a suspected breach, jitago will conduct an internal review. If the breach is confirmed, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. If the review finds no breach, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned.

10 Limitation of Liability

Jitago provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

• Jitago is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service beyond our reasonable control.
• Jitago is not responsible for any losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.
• In no event shall jitago's total liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Jitago is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.

11 Privacy and Data

Jitago collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at jitago.asia/privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

• Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and comply with legal obligations.
• Jitago does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.

12 Changes to These Terms

Jitago reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, jitago will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of jitago after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
